1. Where do you deliver everywhere?
Your Levy & Frey products are sent to every country in the world.
In addition to Germany, delivery within the EU takes place in the following countries:
Austria, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Sweden, Liechtenstein, Norway, Monaco, Finland, Belgium, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Denmark, Portugal and Greece.
2. Do you have shipping costs:
We send our products free of charge from a certain order value. Our subscriptions are ALWAYS free of charge!
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We send our products within Germany (Germany) for orders over EUR 35 free of charge with standard shipping. For orders with an order value of less than 35 EUR, a shipping fee of 3.90 EUR applies.
Deliveries to Austria:
We send our products to Austria from an order value of 50 EUR Free of charge in standard delivery. For orders with an order value of less than 50 EUR, a shipping fee of 4.90 EUR applies.
Our subscriptions are ALWAYS free of charge!
Deliveries to Switzerland:
We send our products to Switzerland from an order value of 75 EUR Free of charge in standard delivery. For orders with an order value of less than 75 EUR, a shipping fee of 8.90 EUR applies.
Since you pay a different VAT in our shop, this is due when importing into Switzerland. In most cases this has to be paid with the delivery of the package or you will receive a letter from customs beforehand. In addition, there are customs fees for processing by the Swiss Post and / or Swiss Customs. Unfortunately we cannot avoid these costs.
Deliveries within the EU:
For all other countries in the EU there are standard shipping costs of 7.90 EUR. For the rest of the world, standard shipping costs 19.90 EUR. You bear the costs for a possible return of the products. There are no hidden costs.
In the case of a return, the return costs are analogous to the shipping costs. If there were no shipping costs, we have to charge the standard shipping fees per return, depending on the region.
3. How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within Germany with DHL. We ship to all other EU countries with local shipping partners. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email, including your tracking number, with which you can track the shipping status of your package. Depending on where you live, you have several options with DHL to control your shipment:
- Desired neighbor: Here you can select your favorite neighbor in advance to entrust your package to.
- Desired day: Package arrives on Thursday, but you already know that you won't be home? Then simply select a new day of your choice when you will be safely at home.
- Storage location: When it comes to the drop-off location, you can specify that the parcel carrier can drop off your parcel at a location specified by you without anyone having to accept it.
- Evening delivery: In some regions of Germany it is also possible to book an extra evening delivery (6-10 p.m.). However, this service is chargeable.
4. Do you also offer express delivery?
We offer our express shipping together with DHL Express. So if you have to go fast, you can choose express shipping in the checkout as an alternative to normal shipping. This means that all orders by 12 noon, within Germany, will be delivered the next day (except for remote places and islands). The service fees for express shipping at a glance:
- Germany: 6.90 EUR
- Austria: EUR 8.90
- Switzerland: EUR 14.90
- EU: 14.90 EUR
- Rest of the world: EUR 24.90
5. My delivery has disappeared - what can I do?

6. How long does delivery take?
The delivery time within Germany is approx. 1-3 days, when the product is in stock. In addition, it depends on what time / day of the week you ordered and how far away you live from our warehouse.
International deliveries (within the EU) reach you within 3-6 days, when the product is in stock.

7. How does the return shipment work?
